November 3 @ 9:30 am - 10:30 am
Many children have lived through traumatic experiences. Trauma affects a child’s behavior, feelings, relationships, and view of the world in profound ways. But through education, there is hope!
GRPS Parent University is proud to be partnering with our friends at Samaritas Foster Care to offer an introductory course about caring for traumatized children. Attendees will learn how some children may use negative behaviors as tools for survival, and how a safe home and school environment is important in helping children to overcome their trauma.
Attendees can choose to participate in this course during the following sessions – choose the time/date that best fits your schedule!
- Thursday, November 3 at 9:30 AM
- Tuesday, November 15 at 5:30 PM
Locations TBD – please check back soon!
