Summer Reading Program!

June 1, 2015

“The more that you read, the more things you will know. The more that you learn, the more places you’ll go.”

Dr. Seuss knows the importance of reading, do you? Grand Rapids Public Library is facilitating a summer reading program for children of all ages! Not only will this promote the idea that reading is fun; but will also help to prevent summer learning loss. Allow your student to explore all that the library has to offer and register them for one of the following age specific programs:

Baby Challenge
Recommended for children between the ages of 0-2

Junior Challenge
Recommended for children between the ages of 3-5

Summer Reading Challenge

Recommended for children 5 and up

Hero’s Quest
Recommended for children 9 and up

For more information and how to register please visit Grand Rapids Public Library’s summer reading page here: http://www.grpl.org/summerreading/registration-guide/
