Controlling moods

Self management is knowing how to control your behaviors and moods, and setting and working toward goals.

It is one of five Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) skillsets, through which children and adults learn the knowledge, attitudes, and skills necessary to understand and manage emotions, set and achieve positive goals, feel and show empathy for others, establish and maintain positive relationships, and make responsible decisions.
