Is Your Child Resilient?
Protecting your kids is an impulse deeply woven into your parental DNA, but no parent can shield their child from every disappointment. Whether it’s personal — a failing grade or the death of a grandparent — or misfortune on a wider scale — Hurricane Katrina or atrocities in Syria — loss is an inevitable part of the human experience. You can’t protect your child from every setback, but you can help her develop skills to navigate and even learn from them.
How You Can Help Stop Bullying
Not In Our School has inspired students of all ages to develop and share innovative ways to resist bullying and promote an atmosphere of acceptance and inclusion.
Taking Bullying Out of Our Schools
GRPS does not accept any form of bullying behavior. Bullying is not a developmental norm, being a victim does not toughen up anybody, and bullying sets the stage for other dangerous behaviors. GRPS is committed to creating a healthy, productive, and safe learning environment for everyone No alibis, no excuses, and no exceptions.
