Mindfulness and Gratitude

Children of all ages can benefit from mindfulness, the simple practice of bringing a gentle, accepting attitude to the present moment. It can help parents and caregivers, too, by promoting happiness and relieving holiday stress. In spite of the challenges of COVID-19, there are still ways you can combat anxiety this year by exploring mindfulness practices as a family. Teaching your kids mindfulness over the holidays could provide the whole family with some peace of mind.
