Safety First!

As we adjust to the impacts of COVID-19, Grand Rapids Public Schools’ Parent University aims to support the health, safety, and well-being of G.R.P.S. students, parents, caregivers and stakeholders.

On July 27, 2020, Dr. Leadriane Roby, Grand Rapids Public Schools’ Superintendent, announced the proposed plan to begin the 2020-2021 school year (the first 9 weeks) with distance learning using a 1:1 technology distribution plan.

The August 2020 issue of Power Parent Magazine contains distance learning updates, links to G.R.P.S. educational resources, and social and emotional health resources.
